Flexible Pigs (Mono-Directional)
Cup design
PolyEurope’s Flexible Cup Pigs are designed for pipeline debris removal, liquid evacuation, product separation, batching, displacement, pipeline cleaning, and gauging operations. Due their low weight and easy to handle characteristics, this range of Flexible Cup Pigs prove to be universally popular. The scraper cup design aggressively scrapes the pipeline bore while maintaining a constant seal.
The range of Flexible Cup Pigs is available from 4” through to 24” with a single flexible polyurethane body design hold together with a single metal or plastic holder. The general purpose design is supplied with four scraper cups and proves successful in the removal of light and medium deposits from pipe walls. This cleaning ability can be further enhanced by the addition of circular brushes ( several grades of brushes available). Optionally gauge plates (solid or segmented design) are available.

Disc design
The range of Flexible Disc Pigs is designed for removal of debris in pipelines, liquid evacuation, product separation, batching, displacement cleaning, and gauging operations.
PolyEurope’s Flexible Discs Pigs are easily handled and lightweight, offering more than excellent sealing qualities, making this range particularly popular.
The range is available from 4” through to 24”, with a single flexible polyurethane body design hold together with a single metal or plastic holder. The general purpose design is supplied with two guiding (support) discs, which assist loading and centralization during pigging of the pipeline, and four sealing discs which are used for sealing, as well as drive discs. All of which prove most successful in removing light and medium deposits from pipe walls. This cleaning ability can be enhanced by the addition of circular brushes ( several grades of brushes available) Optionally gauge plates (solid or segmented design) are available.
